Get Involved As A Volunteer

Volunteers fall into two groups based on their availability. Class A volunteers serve in roles that tend to be long-term (like coach or committee member), while Class B volunteers have more short-term roles - mostly helping at competitions or other events as day-of-event volunteers (like a scorekeeper or awards helper).

`Whether they participate for one day or for several years, volunteers make a difference in the lives of athletes and in their communities.

When you leave a Special Olympics event, you will have touched the heart of another person and will be moved in a meaningful way that lifts the spirit and touches the heart.
